After you collect your luggage and pass customs, you will be met by our representative and transferred to Jerusalem. Ascend to Jerusalem via Burma Road. This road was used as a bypass to the main road linking Tel Aviv and Jerusalem that was under constant attack by Arab forces. The Burma Road was desperately needed to get water, food and ammunition to the besiege city of Jerusalem at the time. Plant a tree as a family, in honor of the Bar Mitzvah. When reaching Jerusalem, stop for a moment's reflection and prayer and participate in an age-old tradition of saying the "Shehecheyanu” and the blessing over the wine. Visit the Scrolls of Fire, a monument depicting the history of the Jewish people. The evening will be at your leisure.
