I have just arrived home from the Benny Hinn tour of Israel and I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell tou what a phenominal time I had. A good part of that was due to the excellent guide and driver on bus #17 Raya and Avi (I hope I spelled his name correctly)
There was not a question we had that Raya could not answer, and she never lost her cool even when getting us somewhere was like herding ducks in a cornfield, and not a traffic or parking situation that Avi couldn't get us into or out of, that man could put a bus through the eye of a needle and never even ruffle the paint. Both outstanding and if it were possible I would specifically request to be put under their care on future tours.

Just wanted to say thank you for coordinating this memorable trip for my mother and my mother in law. They just came back this morning and they cannot stop talking about this spirit filled trip. I just want to thank all who were involved with planning this tour of Israel. I was matched up with a very compatible roommate, all the people on our bus (32) although different from one another, became close friends with much in common, and were able to learn from one another.
It was a fantastic trip.

DEAR MR. DVIR:
It is with pleasure to write you and your company to express the wonderful time we had on bus #l5 of Benny Hinn's group Nov 4-13/07.
Israel is a fabulous country and we feel we left our hearts there and plan to come back next year coming.
Credit must be given to the gal who made our trip a joy and who was very informative - in fact a walking book of knowledge, we learned so much and really felt part of a family. Adrienne Bernstein, your tour guide, bus #l5 is a remarkable lady with class, a great sense of humor, can sing and be so much fun but at the same time very professional.
The security was fantastic and never once did we have a concern.
Hopefully, we can have Adrienne on all of our future tours. Aaron was a fabulous driver - what else can we say - he was personable and instilled so much confidence in us we never felt in all that traffic to be uncomfortable - so hats off to you and your tour company and all the guides and drivers - it was a large crowd to handle but it went really well.
I'm an ex tour operator and tour guide from western Canada so after having been in the business for so many years, I was thrilled to be on the other side, our first bus trip as passengers - my husband and I would do it again.
We know you are very busy so thank you for your time and having such special caring people on your staff. Once again Adrienne and Aaron are a great team and were loved by the passengers of bus #l5.
