Our guide, Ruthi, was tremendous, and our driver Benny was precious, too. We know now how to pray better for Israel!!

I am aware the tour is not over only beginning, however a good beginning is very important!! I wanted you to know, I may not tell you enough, I do appreciate that you have some of the best staff, and they are truly a pleasure to work with. Israel was awesome! The peace that reigns on the Holy Land cannot be described and I already miss it so much.
It really was a spiritual life changing experience for me!
Being able to walk where my precious Jesus walked is an undescribable feeling!
I hope these remarks will help Gil Travel to work out a better deal for next year.
I would be willing to come back on the Tour with a group of French people but I have to be sure we will have nice quality hotels, that will be together in the same bus and hotels and have our transfer included in the price.
This great trip will be etched on my memory!

Ms. Melissa Hersh is the most pleasant knowledgeable person I have dealt with since my retirement from the business place.
I traveled to Israel with the Benny Hinn group Sept. 9, 08. And as you are aware the travel schedule got very strenuous at the last minute. Melissa calmly worked with Pam Lahee and I until she was able to give the news of accommodation for us to make our flights from Daytona to JFK.
This is just a recommendation of the great worker you have on your staff.
Thank you for all your help. I said hello to you at the Tel Aviv Airport. It was a beautiful trip I thoroughly enjoyed every detail and a very good guide, she knew her stuff.

I have just arrived home from the Benny Hinn tour of Israel and I just wanted to take this opportunity to tell tou what a phenominal time I had. A good part of that was due to the excellent guide and driver on bus #17 Raya and Avi (I hope I spelled his name correctly)
There was not a question we had that Raya could not answer, and she never lost her cool even when getting us somewhere was like herding ducks in a cornfield, and not a traffic or parking situation that Avi couldn't get us into or out of, that man could put a bus through the eye of a needle and never even ruffle the paint. Both outstanding and if it were possible I would specifically request to be put under their care on future tours.

It is with pleasure to write you and your company to express the wonderful time we had on bus #l5 of Benny Hinn's group Nov 4-13/07.
Israel is a fabulous country and we feel we left our hearts there and plan to come back next year coming.
Credit must be given to the gal who made our trip a joy and who was very informative - in fact a walking book of knowledge, we learned so much and really felt part of a family. Adrienne Bernstein, your tour guide, bus #l5 is a remarkable lady with class, a great sense of humor, can sing and be so much fun but at the same time very professional.
The security was fantastic and never once did we have a concern.
Hopefully, we can have Adrienne on all of our future tours. Aaron was a fabulous driver - what else can we say - he was personable and instilled so much confidence in us we never felt in all that traffic to be uncomfortable - so hats off to you and your tour company and all the guides and drivers - it was a large crowd to handle but it went really well.
I'm an ex tour operator and tour guide from western Canada so after having been in the business for so many years, I was thrilled to be on the other side, our first bus trip as passengers - my husband and I would do it again.
We know you are very busy so thank you for your time and having such special caring people on your staff. Once again Adrienne and Aaron are a great team and were loved by the passengers of bus #l5.
