Local airport taxes, security taxes and fuel surcharges
The price includes domestic airport taxes, security taxes and fuel surcharges that were up-to-date at the time of printing and are added to the price of the ticket and collected on payment of the tour.
Land transport
Usually consists of special buses for touring that are air-conditioned. In destinations where air conditioning is not necessary because of weather conditions the buses are likely not to be air-conditioned but to have only air vents.

In most cases, a room for three is a double room which has had an extra (folding) bed added.

Tips
Tips for the various service providers abroad: hotel staff, drivers, waiters and local guides.
Travel documents, International flight tickets, taxes, border passage excise and levies
Ensuring that passports are valid and that visas are in order is the passengers’ responsibility. Passengers should ensure that they have passports that are valid for at least six months from the return date. The price does not include International flight tickets, surcharges, stamps, and taxes that must be paid directly to the authorities at certain border crossings abroad and cannot be collected in advance .
Travel insurance
Passengers and their baggage are not insured as part of the price of the tour and it is therefore recommended that passengers take out extensive personal and baggage insurance at their own expense.
Single supplements
The price of the tours is based on accommodation in double rooms. Passengers registering on their own who have booked single rooms or for whom no roommate has been found will be charged a supplement for a single room.
Optional tours and entertainment
Optional tours, entertainment and night outings as well as plans on the itinerary quoted as being for those who wish to go are for the passengers to decide whether they want to go and are not included in the price unless it is clearly stated otherwise. Optional tours are recommended options and the local agent requires to be paid for them via the tour leader. The tour leader will instigate these tours for the benefit and enjoyment of the passengers. The price of optional tours will depend on the number of participants (usually a minimum of 10 is required) and on the cost of transportation and entrance fees.
Personal expenses
Meals that are not mentioned in the itinerary, telephone calls, pay-for-view television, hotel mini bar, baggage overweight and any personal services are not included in the price.
Tip for the tour leader
It is customary to give the tour leader a tip. Prices do not include a tip for the tour leader, the granting of which is at the passengers’ discretion. The accepted sum for a tip for the tour leader is $2 per person per day.
