Re: Tour Leader Avi Shaya
During the Hannukah holiday, we took a tour to Thailand from 14th to 24th December 2006 that was led by Avi Shaya.
For the entire duration of the tour, Avi functioned better than could be expected in every sense. His personality, wisdom, leadership, navigating ability, sensitivity, abundant knowledge in so many areas, and willingness to listen to our every request and to comply whenever possible contributed much to the success of the tour and to our enjoyment of it.
We wish it upon you to have many more such tour leaders.

We immediately understood from the moment we met you at the introductory meeting in Tel Aviv that we were going to have an intelligent, experienced tour leader on our tour, and that was already a good start.
After 16 days in your company we knew for sure that we had been correct in our appraisal of you but that we had not realized to what extent:
You were sensitive to the needs of each and every one within the group, always taking care of us and always ready to help by answering every question, solving every problem and trying to comply with every request. You were part of the experience and your recommendations were always honest and reliable.
You did everything with simplicity and humility. You were calm, patient and warm and there is no doubt that your personality contributed to the wonderful tour that went without a hitch throughout.
There is also no doubt that we will remember the tour for many years to come, and that has much to do with your great ability as a tour leader to unite the very different types of people on a tour in the best way possible.
We hope that you enjoyed our company too, despite everything…

Re: Tour Leader Bezalel Ben-Moshe
We went on a tour of Thailand from 24.11.06 to 9.12.06 with the fantastic tour leader Bezalel Ben-Moshe.
From the moment we landed, Ben received us well.
Throughout the entire tour, from early morning to late at night, he accompanied us with explanations and descriptions that were always spiced with humor.
We wish to bring his constant care and devotion to your attention, as well as his ability to guide the group patiently and intelligently.
For example, at meal times, Ben took care that we all had somewhere to sit and enough to eat. He himself only sat down once he knew that the entire group had had enough to eat.
When we transferred from one hotel to another, he checked personally that all the suitcases, down to the very last, had been loaded on the bus.
We have been abroad many times but we have never come across such a high-class, knowledgeable tour leader.
It was important to him that everybody enjoy the tour and, thanks to him, the entire group TOTALLY fell in love with Thailand!
On the next tour to Thailand – go for Ben!

We were on a tour to Thailand with Yossi Balbul was from 10/11/06 to 25/11/06.
I would like to advise you that my husband and I had a wonderful tour and enjoyed every minute of it, but I am writing this letter because I wish to praise the tour leader Yossi Balbul who was not only professional and very interesting but also led our group of 40 people with great skill. We were not only able to see and visit all the places that were on our travel plan, we also saw a lot more that other groups did not get to see, which only added to our knowledge and enjoyment.
During the tour, my husband felt unwell (he had stomach problems, diarrhoea and a high fever) and Yossi Balbul took care to call an ambulance and to accompany us to the local hospital and did not leave us until the doctor had seen my husband and treated him – this was on an evening that the group and the tour leader had free, so he gave up his free time for us.
For your information, I will certainly recommend that everybody I know – friends as well as family – travel with Ofakim Tours and, in particular, with Yossi Balbul.

I do not usually write thank you letters but the present case is a special one, a particularly unusual one.
This was the second guided tour that my wife and I had been on. We have done most of our travelling on our own, planning everything ourselves, doing things at our own pace and gathering our own information.
We always feared the unknown and, in the case of organised tours, we were fearful of what kind of group we would be travelling with and what kind of tour leader we would get. But in this case, we were really lucky and we went on the tour with a group of people with different backgrounds and views but with a common goal, which ended up creating a wonderful cohesive group.
But none of that would have been possible without the “chief”, the leader, the director, the supporter. And you, Yossi, did all that in the best way possible. In fact, you were absolutely great. Throughout, you showed yourself to be generous, patient, tolerant, full of knowledge and charm, and always with a smile on your face.
We have absolutely no doubt that our next organised tour will be with Ofakim Travel, if possible with Yossi Braginski as our tour leader.
I wish to take this opportunity to thank Ofakim Travel for a perfectly organised tour and would particularly like to thank Avital for her wonderful service and the smile that came across even over the telephone when we registered for the tour. Her will to help and to give the best service possible was evident.

Dear Mr. Lowenstein,
We went a tour to Thailand through the First International Bank and were lucky to get Ms. Ariella Peled as our tour leader.
The tour was extremely successful, thanks to the tour leader’s wonderful personality and thanks to the fact that the group of people who were there together by chance became an extraordinarily cohesive group who cooperated and cared for one another throughout the tour.
I would also like to mention the service I got from the lovely Tatiana in the office (I do not know her, by the way), who was always pleasant and helpful as were the rest of the people I had contact with in the office.
I have no doubt that your good work both in the office and in the organisation of the tour and the good taste that it left will yield future cooperation.

We would like to thank you for the enjoyable tour we took with your company to Thailand from 8.12.06 to 23.12.06. The trip was tastefully arranged and well planned and it was apparent that much had been invested in order to make it interesting down to the last detail.
First of all, we would like to give a special thank you to the wonderful tour leader Yossi Sides who took me to hospital when I became ill on the last day of the tour. He did this with unparalleled caring and devotion and deserves kudos for that.
We would also like to thank Tali Mezafi who works in the department that deals with flight arrangements for taking care to arrange for our flight home.
We would also like to thank tour leader Chava Neeman who took special care of us for the 4 days that we spent at the Eastin Hotel in Bangkok whilst she was there with her own group.
It is only now that we have recovered and that I have my health back, that I have found the time to write the letter I have been wanting to write since the end of the tour, and I am happy to write it and to hope that all your clients will always be as happy as I am.
