**All tours are guaranteed based upon a minimum of 2 applicants.
RESERVATIONS: A reservation is considered firm only upon receipt of the deposit. "Last minute" changes made 45 days or less prior to departure will have an additional administrative charge of $100 per booking/change.
DEPOSITS: A deposit of $250 per person and /or 25 percent of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.
FINAL PAYMENTS: The final payment must be received in our offices 60 days prior to the date of departure. Last minute additions must be accompanied by full payment. Acceptance will depend upon availability of space.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations received in writing more than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to an Administrative Fee of $200 per person. If less than 60 days a penalty of 25% of the total tour price plus $200 per person will apply. Any cancellations made within 45 days of departure, only those funds (if any) that can be recovered from our foreign offices will be refunded. No refund for "No Show". Air carrier cancellation policy may vary and will depend upon selected Airline.
CHANGES: All changes received in writing more than 60 days prior to arrival will be subject to an Administrative Fee of $75 per change. Air carrier change fee vary and will depend upon selected airline. Acceptance depends upon availability of space and nature of the changes. Administrative fee charged according to change.
REFUNDS: No refund will be made for missed sightseeing tours, unused accommodations, meals not taken or any other services not used due to flight delays or any other reasons.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: The purchase of a Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended. Due to the current political climate in the Middle East, we HIGHLY recommend the purchase of a comprehensive Travel Insurance to protect your investment(s). Travel Insurance policy should include: "cancellation for any reason(s)" etc.
VISAS AND HEALTH REGULATIONS: In addition to a valid passport, U.S. citizens may require visas to enter some countries. The procedure of getting a visa may vary from one country to another. Visa requirements for nationalities other than U.S. citizens vary and should be checked in good time. The Libyan government reserves the right not to issue visas to any individual. Passage is not guaranteed despite our efforts in obtaining the visa.
Participants are expected to have their own health insurance and to be in sound physical and mental health. If, in the judgment of the tour operator, any person's physical or mental condition is such that a health or safety hazard to themselves or other, that person will be requested to leave the tour.
TOUR PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Cost of passport, visas, foreign airport taxes, items of personal nature such as mineral waters, liquors, laundry etc., special gratuities and meals not mentioned in the itinerary.
FINAL TOUR DOCUMENTS: The final tour documents will be forwarded 3 weeks before departure provided Tour is paid in full.
TOUR FEATURES: If local conditions necessitate or in case of delays in flight schedules, we reserve the right to change the sequence of the itinerary. We also reserve the right to substitute accommodations within the same category.
