Day 1: Saturday

Moscow

Welcome to Moscow, Russia! After clearing customs you will be met by our local representative at the first exit outside the customs area, or at the luggage claim area.
Any claims for lost/stolen baggage should be made to the airline representative at the airport. Our representative will show you to your transportation.
After check-in, the rest of the day is free to relax. (D)

Day 2: Sunday

Moscow

Moscow is a bustling city where the "old and new" stand side by side. Your sightseeing tour of Moscow includes Red Square, dominated by St. Basil's Cathedral. See the massive red walls of the Kremlin, Moscow University and stop at the popular Arbat shopping district. Visit the fascinating Armory Museum. Remaindr of day at leisure. (B)

Day 3: Monday

Moscow - Novgorod

After an early breakfast, depart by motorcoach for Tver, an ancient trading port nestled on the banks of the River Volga. The city offers fascinating treasures, including Putevoj Palace, built for Catherine II. After lunch, continue on an orientation sightseeing tour of this scenic city. Arrive in Novgorod, near Lake Snezhskoje, for dinner and overnight. (B,D)

Day 4: Tuesday

Novgorod-St. Petersburg

Morning sightseeing tour of Novgorod includes the St. Sofia Cathedral and Yaroslav Court. Afternoon drive to St. Petersburg; visit Peter and Paul's Fortress and St. Isaac's Cathedral. Dinner at the hotel. (B,D)

Day 5: Wednesday

St. Petersburg

Sightseeing of St. Petersburg, often called the "Venice of the North," includes a morning visit to the world famous treasure-filled Hermitage. Afternoon at leisure. (B)

Day 6: Thursday

St. Petersburg

Today, enjoy an optional excursion to fabulous Peterhof, the splendid summer palace of Peter the Great; it is called a true "Versailles" by the sea because of its palaces and numerous beautiful fountains and statues. Evening optional Folklore Performance. (B)

Day 7: Friday

Enroute

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight. (B)
