Joanna Duco

Joanna is currently handling Arkia’s airline extensions in our Birthright department. She;s been in the travel industry for almost eight years, gaining experience in ticketing, analysis, and managing ADM, credit, and debit memos. Before joining Gil Travel, she was with JP Morgan as a Business Analyst in the travel department, which helped sharpen her skills in process improvement and client support. What she loves most about her work is assisting participants and making sure their travel experience is smooth, enjoyable, and worry-free.
