Day 1: - Arrival in Split

Welcome to Croatia! Upon arrival at Split Airport, your chauffeur will greet you for a private transfer to Hotel Ambasador, your stylish retreat by the Adriatic Sea.

 

In the evening, head to the UNESCO town of Trogir to meet Tatjana, Split’s beloved culinary queen. In her historic home, you’ll share an unforgettable dinner where traditional Croatian dishes are reimagined with her creative flair.

 

Return to Split for a special welcome dinner at one of the city’s top downtown restaurants, where everyone gathers to celebrate the beginning of your journey.

Day 2: Stories of Split

Spend the morning at leisure before joining your private guide in the afternoon for a walking tour of Split with an emphasis on Jewish heritage.

 

Wander through the ancient alleys of Diocletian’s Palace, visit the historic Split Synagogue (one of the oldest active in Europe), and explore the former Jewish ghetto, home to Sephardic families who arrived after the Spanish Inquisition. Your guide’s storytelling will connect centuries of resilience to the living spirit of the city today.

Day 3: Split - Island Escape

Day 4: A Perfect Journey to Dubrovnik

Meet Mario, a winemaker whose family has cultivated vines for over 500 years. His tastings are described as some of the most authentic wine experiences in the world. Visit renowned wineries such as Miloš and Grgich, then end with a traditional lunch and tasting at Mario’s family cellar.

  • Sea Kayaking Adventure:

Paddle along Lokrum Island and Dubrovnik’s cliffs, exploring hidden caves and enjoying unforgettable views of the city walls from the water.

  • Art & Culture in Konavle:

Discover Cavtat, home of painter Vlaho Bukovac, then join Antonija Rusković for a silk-making workshop, learning about one of Konavle’s proudest traditions. The day ends with a countryside lunch in Gruda.

 

Evening. Return to Dubrovnik in the afternoon and take some time to relax.

Day 8: Dubrovnik - Departure Day
