All we can say is, WOW! What an amazing vacation we had guided by the expertise of Sari Rosenbaum of Gil Travels. She listened to what we wanted and put together a comprehensive, fun, educational trip that we’ll remember for a lifetime. We wanted a Jewish focused tour that introduced us to Portugal and to the Jewish connection with the country. We had both and a bit of wine along the way. We loved the experiential aspects of the trip; the cooking, wine tasting, 2 boat trips and the amazing tile factory tour and making. The hotels were top notch and our main guide became like a friend.
