As 140,000 Christians out of a population of over 7 million inhabit ISRAEL, while much of the world rejoices on December 25, ISRAELIS generally find the day working as usual. While it seems somewhat odd to find the land rather quiet on the day in the actual place where all of this happened the contrast of the commercialism or CHRISTMAS back home makes it all the more special and much more meaningful.
