Karen Allen

Karen joined the Gil Travel Team in 2006. Her true passion is organizing interfaith travel groups to Israel although she is always asked to plan special itineraries for families, community leaders, couples, women and more. 2024 will be the 6th Interfaith mission to Israel and each mission is stronger and more successful than the previous one. The association between Karen and Gil Travel first began in 1989, during her 22-year tenure at the Birmingham Jewish Federation. Karen’s knowledge extends way beyond Israel. She has planned specialized Jewish experiences to Eastern Europe and continues to share her knowledge and passion for Jewish and Holocaust education.
